What you'll learn
- How to view your current plan and usage
- How to upgrade or downgrade
- How to purchase add-on credits
- How to access the Stripe customer portal
Current plan
The billing page shows your active plan at the top:
- Plan name — Free, Solo, Pro, or Agency
- Billing cycle — monthly or yearly (yearly saves 20%)
- Next billing date — when your next charge occurs
Usage meter
Below your plan details, a usage meter shows how many proposals you've generated this billing cycle versus your monthly limit:
| Plan | Monthly limit | |------|--------------| | Free | 5 | | Solo | 25 | | Pro | 50 | | Agency | 200 |
The meter updates in real time as you create proposals. When you're approaching your limit, you'll see a warning.
When you hit your monthly limit, you can't generate new proposals until the next billing cycle — unless you purchase add-on credits.
Upgrade or downgrade
Click Change Plan to see all available plans and switch. When upgrading:
- The new plan takes effect immediately
- You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle
- Your monthly proposal limit increases right away
When downgrading:
- The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- You keep your current plan's features until then
- If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits (e.g., more clients than the new plan allows), you'll need to archive some before the downgrade activates
Add-on credits
If you've hit your monthly limit but need more proposals right now, purchase add-on credits. Click Buy Credits to see tiered pricing with volume discounts. Credits are applied to your account instantly and never expire.
