Your control center
The Settings page is where you customize Ergate to match your business. Every setting you configure here flows into your AI-generated proposals, making them more accurate and personalized.
Profile
Set up your name, industry, skills, hourly rate, and preferred writing style. These defaults shape how the AI generates proposals for you.
Branding
Upload your logo, choose a brand color, and add a custom footer to your proposals. Branding appears on shared and exported proposals.
AI Prompts
Customize the AI instructions for each pipeline stage. Create, version, and manage prompts that tailor the AI output to your specific industry and style.
Billing
View your current plan, track monthly usage, upgrade or downgrade, and purchase add-on credits. Manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
Team
Invite team members, assign roles, and collaborate on proposals. Team management is available on the Agency plan.
Start with your Profile — the information you set there has the biggest impact on proposal quality. Industry, skills, and hourly rate directly influence how the AI scopes and prices your work.
