What are prompt packages?

A prompt package bundles four prompts — one for each pipeline stage (Analysis, Scoping, Writing, Scoring) — into a single, reusable unit. Instead of configuring prompts individually for each stage, apply a package to set all four at once.

Prompt packages are useful when you:

• Want consistent AI behavior across all four stages for a specific project type
• Need to quickly switch between different prompt configurations (e.g., "Technical SaaS" vs. "Creative Branding")
• Want to share or sell a complete prompt set on the marketplace

Navigate to the Prompt Packages page from the sidebar to manage your packages.

Creating a package

Click New Package and fill in:

• Name — a descriptive name (e.g., "Enterprise SaaS Proposal Suite")
• Description — explain what this package is optimized for
• Prompts — select or create a prompt for each of the four stages

All four prompts are required. Each prompt in the package must be assigned to a different stage.

Using a package

When creating a proposal, you can select a prompt package to apply all four stage prompts at once. This overrides any individual prompt selections or defaults for that proposal.

You can also combine a package with a template — the template controls the proposal structure while the package controls the AI behavior at each stage.

Sharing and selling

Prompt packages support three scopes:

• Personal — only you can use it
• Community — available for others to fork
• Marketplace — listed for purchase on the Marketplace

If you've fine-tuned a set of prompts that consistently produces great results, consider sharing or selling the package to help others in your industry.
