Overview
The Ergate Marketplace is a community-driven hub where freelancers and agencies share, sell, and discover reusable content for their proposal workflow. Browse templates, prompt packages, pipeline skills, and curated bundles — all created by experienced professionals.
What's available
The marketplace offers four types of items:
Templates
Pre-built proposal structures for specific industries and project types. Use them as starting points for your proposals, with the AI adapting the structure to your client's brief.
Prompt packages
Bundles of four custom prompts — one for each pipeline stage (Analysis, Scoping, Writing, Scoring). Created by experts who've fine-tuned the AI for specific industries or proposal styles.
Pipeline skills
Modular instruction sets that inject specialized knowledge into your AI pipeline. Examples include compliance requirements, industry-specific pricing methodologies, and writing style modifiers.
Bundles
Curated collections that combine templates, prompt packages, and skills into a complete workflow package. Great for quickly setting up a new service offering.
Browsing the marketplace
Visit the Marketplace page from the sidebar to browse all listings. Use the filtering tools to narrow your search:
- Tabs — filter by item type: All, Templates, Prompt Packages, Skills, or Bundles
- Search — find items by keyword
- Industry — filter by industry vertical
- Topic — filter by subject area
- Sort — order by popular, newest, price (low/high), or rating
Results are paginated with 18 items per page.
Purchasing items
Items on the marketplace can be free or paid:
- Free items — click Fork to add a copy to your account instantly
- Paid items — click Purchase to buy through Stripe. Once purchased, the item is added to your account
After purchasing, templates appear in your Templates page, prompt packages in Prompt Packages, and skills in Skills — ready to use in your next proposal.
Paid marketplace purchases are one-time transactions, not subscriptions. Once purchased, an item is yours to keep and use indefinitely.
Reviews and ratings
After using a marketplace item, you can leave a review:
- Rating — 1 to 5 stars
- Review text — describe your experience with the item
Reviews help other users make informed decisions and help sellers improve their offerings. You can only review items you've purchased.
Becoming a seller
If you're on a Pro or Agency plan, you can sell your templates, prompt packages, skills, and bundles on the marketplace. See the Selling guide for details on getting started.
