How Credits Work
Monthly Plan Credits
Your monthly plan credits reset every billing cycle and do not carry forward to the next month. For example, if your Solo plan includes 10 proposals per month and you only use 6, the remaining 4 expire when your billing period resets. Use them or lose them!
Add-On Credits
Extra proposal credits you purchase as add-ons never expire and do not reset at the end of the month. They stay in your account until you use them. Buy in bulk at a lower per-proposal rate and use them whenever you need.
How credits are consumed: When you create a proposal, your monthly plan credits are used first. Add-on credits are only consumed once your monthly allowance has been exhausted. This ensures you always get the most value from your subscription.
